I was born in Vankoughnet long before Highway 118 East and during a time where shopping was often done at O’Neill’s store in downtown Vankoughnet. The son of Carl and Grace Toll, I still have 2 sisters living in Vankoughnet and have a strong love for the Black River despite it’s off times misbehaving. Between being born in and summering in the old family farm house on Chrysler Road and cottaging and eventually living on Old Victoria Road, I have intimate knowledge of Vankoughnet and the benefits of buying in the area.
