Hello. My name is Bob Vanderniet and I live in Vankoughnet. I have a small woodworking business I operate out of my home and workshop. I have been working with wood for well over 35 years. I have also been involved in the construction business for 30 years before retiring in 2007. I spent the next 2 years rebuilding our cottage into a home. Now I offer my services for hire at very attractive rates.

I build, repair, refinish and repurpose furniture.

I will do small renovation work.

I will do home maintenance work.

I will do handyman work.

I will do carpentry work.

I will do ? Well, just ask.

I am fully equipped to work on site if required and I have a fully equipped workshop.

Right now, most of my work is for Resorts in the Muskoka and surrounding areas. Although this keeps me quite busy, I would like to do more work for local homeowners, and be an alterative to hiring contractors for those small jobs or having to buy a piece of furniture that just doesn’t quite fit (i.e. vanities).

I have included a few pictures of a some pieces I have built.
