The Great Lemonade Race 2013 Post event highlights
The event raised aprox. $1200.00!
It is hard to believe how perfect this years event was. Not 2 weeks before, our region experienced the worst flood in recorded history. The bridge seen in the photo above (McCutcheon bridge) was underwater and Lambert road (below) had extreme flood damage.
Event day weather was probably the best it had been in the 5 years the race has run. With record high temperatures, the homemade (on the spot) lemonade was going fast and with the record crowd in attendance, it was sure not to last!
A HUGE thank you to all who attended and supported the event,
it wouldn't have happened without you!!!!
